Iberostar Paraiso Lindo was great!

Dick, Mary Ellen & family, (trip to Mayan Riviera, Mexico)
Travel consultant: Heather Hines,

Iberostar Paraiso Lindo was great!

Kids had great time at kids club. There were kids shows every night for kids to preform on big stage. Kids loved the carousel, the wave pool and the pirate ship with water slides. Everyone enjoyed the lazy river ride. The food was as good as first time we went - excellent. Always good selection for kids at both buffet and a la cartes. The grounds were beautiful and well kept big difference in growth from our first trip. Kids loved aquarium in lobby bar (floor to ceiling).

Lots of walking as the resort is very long from the beach to kids club at the plaza. We ate at two a la cartes at Maya (steak) and Japanese at Beach ( everyone enjoyed the cooking show). Ate at Mexican, Italian, and Jambalaya a la cartes in Lindo ( excellent). Had dinner at buffets other nights so we could eat and get kids to their show on time. Only ate at a la cartes where we could get 6:30 pm reservations.

Rooms were getting tired but very clean - still had original tub / shower combo. Everyone enjoyed the beach and there was great snack bar for lunches there. No problem getting lounge chairs at any of pools. Although we had been there before and it was familiar but did not seem like a repeat. The two rooms for the family worked out very well for them.

All in all a great vacation

We Enjoyed our Vacation at Secrets Royal Beach!

Alf & Ruth, (trip to Punta Cana, Domincan Republic)
Travel consultant: Michelle Toth,

We enjoyed our vacation at Secrets Royal Beach. Our room was pretty comparable to the other resorts we have stayed at in Punta Cana. The food was excellent and the service in the restaurants was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Concierge inquired several times wondering if we were satisfied with the services and our room. The beach, of course, was beautiful and we liked the lazy river running through the property, as well as the grounds, were meticulous. We did not take any excursions this time as we had done that on other visits to Punta Cana. It was a great time to go as the resort was not fully booked. We would definitely choose this resort again.

We Had an Awesome Time!

M & K, (trip to Mayan Riviera, Mexico)
Travel consultant: Lindsay Paine,

We had an AWESOME time. We’ve been to a few very nice resorts and this place blew us away.  Hotel Xcaret was so lush and beautiful almost everywhere you looked it was a postcard shot. The hospitality was one of the best I’ve seen, the layout or the room and resort was excellent, the food was very good, and the access to all the included parks was easy and excellent part of our trip. For a family of 3 like we are, it would cost us an extra $1,200 USD at least for the 4 included parks we visited (Xcenotes, Xcaret, Xsenses, Xplor). The resort is very relaxing with local music playing all the time and just beautiful.

Some things to note: They have a number of inlets where they have beach access which is very nice and calm because they’re inlets within the resort. However the actual beachfront is very rocky and would be hard to enjoy. Didn’t see very many people out on the oceanfront at all, but the inlets make up for it and are beautiful.

There is no wandering Entertainment Team like most other resorts, and the evening shows are only for people that reserve a dinner and show at one of the reservations-only restaurants. With that said because of the access to all the parks and the resort being fairly calm during the day because everyone is at the parks makes sense.

We would HIGHLY recommend this resort and everyone should visit it once in their life. It’s quite something to see and experience.
